Due to the unforeseen circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Horizon took a pause on capital raising and instead focused our efforts on enhancing our securities technology ecosystem and creating meaningful partnerships with whom to deploy our technology.

We are now happy to announce the re-launch of Horizon’s $5 million Series A funding round which is now live and open for investments. You can request the offering materials here or by emailing us at offering@horizonfintex.com.

Horizon Overview:

Horizon is a fintech company that builds and powers global securities exchanges, with the goal of unlocking liquidity for traditionally illiquid asset classes. We receive trading fees for every trade on a regulated marketplace that licenses our proprietary technology.

Through recently signed licensing agreements in the U.S. and globally, which will be announced in the coming weeks, our team has completed milestones that further our vision to unlock liquidity for the multi-billion dollar global crowdfunding market. Horizon has also made some exciting new additions to our team which we believe will mobilize a global sports fan base for one of our upcoming sports marketplace initiatives.

With all of these exciting developments in place, we are looking forward to sharing any future success our company may have with our current and future investors as we execute and scale our recent licensing agreements. Both institutions and qualified investors have the opportunity to become shareholders.

How we plan to unlock global retail liquidity in the multi-billion dollar crowdfunding market?

There are currently no active, liquid secondary trading venues currently licensed in the world for Crowdfunded Securities.

To support and fuel the burgeoning capital raising trend, Horizon’s team of Wall Street veterans and proven software engineers have developed a complete one-stop-shop to power these marketplaces. Our tech-stack includes issuance, a smartphone investor onboarding app with built in KYC/AML integrations, cap table management and dividend payment solutions for streamlined ATS-transfers, and exchange technology we license to regulated entities. It’s important to note that our entire tech-stack is complete and in use today.

We believe our flagship exchange technology and userfriendly trading app, Open Order Book, could become an industry standard for the next generation of trading.

Open Order Book differentiators:

  • Fiat on-ramp & off-ramp with real-time trades and settlements
  • Next generation trading app for today’s investor to buy and sell securities directly from their smartphones
  • In-house team of Wall Street bankers and world-class software developers
  • Streamlined compliance integrations for frictionless investor onboarding
  • Cryptographically secure trading with investors in charge of all movement of their securities

Concluding thoughts

Capital markets are evolving and we believe that Horizon’s issuance, compliance, and trading technology is positioned to usher in the next generation of frictionless, secure, and transparent securities exchanges and offerings.

We are thrilled to invite those who share our vision to own a stake in our fintech business and any future growth as a Horizon investor. Click here to learn more about the offering and to invest, or please reach us at offering@horizonfintex.com.
